Autism Experience: 3 Years

Heidi has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Wisconsin and earned her Master of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

Heidi’s experience treating children with ASD began as an intern at the Children’s Hospital and continues today as a Clinical Fellow/Speech-Language Pathologist at an elementary school in Savage, Minnesota.  In addition to treating Autism, Heidi has experience with a variety of diagnosis including: articulation disorders, apraxia of speech, language impairments, hearing impairments, developmental delays and Asperger’s Syndrome. 

Heidi’s experience in treating preschool and school-aged children, combined with her education, makes her a valuable addition to our team.
